Ud Fabrics

In the weave called UD (unidirectional), the appearance of the carbon fiber is the same as plain weave, but the only thing holding the fibers together is a thermoplastic material inserted at a 90-degree angle. The most important feature of UD (unidirectional) carbon weave is that it ensures all the forces applied to the area act in the same direction.
